Order Changes or Cancellations

Within 24 Hours
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. During this period, changes can be made free of charge.

After 24 Hours
After this period, orders may already be processed. While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, you may still contact us and we will do our best to assist if your order has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

Refund Processing Time

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe, refunds will be issued to the original payment method as follows:

• Visa, MasterCard: within 7-15 business days
